Common questions about our plans and billing
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
We don't offer a free trial, but every paid plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact support for a full refund — no questions asked.
Each plan includes a set number of exclusive leads per week (25, 75, or 200). Once you've received your weekly allocation, new leads resume the following week — or you can upgrade to a higher plan for immediate access to more volume.
